Ingreadient :
1 onion peeled and 1/2d
2 bay leaves
2 cloves
50g Butter
70g Flour
400ml Milk
200g Grated Gruyere
2 thick slices gruyere cheese
6 thick ham slices
4 thick slices turkey
6 slices of bread
50g butter
4 tbs cranberry sauce
Direction :
Make a classic bechamel, heat the milk and onion cloute until almost boiling. Then, to make the sauce, start by melting butter, adding flour and cooking out. Then add the milk slowly and whisk until smooth. Finally add the cheese and seasoning to taste.
Layer up the meats, cheese, sauce and cranberry between 3 slices of bread then pan fry in butter until crisp.
