These stunning chocolate boxes are made with tuile which is so versatile. They are filled with chocolates (James used chocolates from Hunters Chocolates) and chocolate mousse.
Ingreadient :
115g butter, softened
140g icing sugar
3 egg whites
115g plain flour
2 tbsp sieved cocoa powder
1 tbsp water
200g dark chocolate, melted
200g whipped cream
4 egg whites, whipped
Direction :
Preheat the oven to 200c
Beat together the tuile mix, then pop in a small bowl and chill for 30 minutes. Mix the cocoa and water to a paste, use a roller to cover a lined baking tray with the cocoa mix to give a wood effect, sit the long and round moulds on top cover in tuile, remove the moulds. Bake for 5 minutes then form into a box shape. Allow to cool.
Fold all the ingredients together for the mousse. Then chill.
