Give yourself a treat this weekend with this Best Ever Cheeseburger recipe from James! Definitely a little bit extra, these burgers are served in clotted cream buns and use Doddington's Cheese in the recipe!

600g minced beef
Salt and pepper
Caramelised onions
Butter
Oil
1 large tomato
1 little gem lettuce
Pickles
4 clotted cream buns
500g grated cheddar cheese
Direction :
Heat a BBQ until hot and the coals are white.
Cook the onions in butter and oil for 30 minutes until caramelised.
Drizzle the griddle pan with oil, place the burgers on and gently cook for five minutes. Flip the burgers over, top with a square of cheese and continue to cook them for a further five minutes.
Toast the brioche buns, sliced side down.
To serve the burgers, layer up the brioche base starting with the meat, topped with lettuce, onions and tomatoes before securing with a stick.
