Bass Ceviche with Lovage Mayo and Pickled Vegetables

Bass Ceviche with Lovage Mayo and Pickled Vegetables! A no cook dish as the lime juice cures the fish. Lovage is an easy to grow, fragrant and hardy relative of celery and parsley! It brings great flavour to this dish!

Ingreadient :
    • 200g seabass thinly sliced
    • 1 lime juice and zest

    Pickle

    • 50ml vinegar
    • 25g caster sugar
    • Splash of water
    • Pinch of salt
    • ½ cucumber balls
    • 4 radish, cut into quarters
    • 25ml green oil
    • Micro coriander
Direction :
    • 3 egg yolks
    • 1 tbs Dijon mustard
    • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
    • 100ml Lovage oil
    • 100ml veg oil
